JP is 48 years old and has suffered from terrible nightmares for many years. He is a refugee from a country with military dictatorship. JP was imprisoned because of his political opinions and that also included mental and physical torture. This is at least 20 years back but he is still ruled by nightmares.

His daughter came to see me about the problem. The family were sick and tired of her father’s nightly behaviour; screaming, shouting and yelling, scaring the whole family to death night after night. Sometimes this happened seven days a week. They really felt sorry for him, but also helpless because they could not do anything to help him.

I asked his daughter to put the SRTLFs on her father’s photo to begin with. Since he was not open at all for this kind of healing, she felt that she had better wait and see, before she started to clear his past.

She called me 2 days later, the nightmares stopped instantly after she had put the SRTLFs on her father’s photo. And as far as I know he is still free from the nightmares and the family sleep well at night – all of them. This is now four months ago.
