MAKING AFFIRMATIONS WITH THE SRTLFs
All steps should be done on each side separately – the right side/right hand, then the left side/left hand, and then holding with both hands in the middle.
Whilst holding the Pink SRTLF in your LEFT hand, and the Green SRTLF in your RIGHT hand, you can make any affirmation that you choose. It is best to speak the affirmation “out loud” (although not necessarily loudly!) and repeat it a few times.
e.g. “I love and accept myself exactly as I am”, followed by your chosen affirmation “I feel calm, strong, centred, joyful, hopeful etc.”
